The Untold Story of Women: Why the World Often Fails to Respect the Right Ones

- - Advice

As per our previous blog on the categories of men and their details, many female followers of my blog requested that I also share about women — their struggles, personalities, and how society treats them.
So here it is —

Just like men, women too face silent battles every day.
And strangely, the pattern is almost the same —
Good women suffer the most, not because they are wrong, but because the world misunderstands their goodness as weakness.

You must have seen it around you too.
The kind women are used, the loyal ones are taken for granted, the quiet ones are overlooked, and the emotional ones are mocked.

Why does this happen?
Is being a good woman an invitation for pain?
Or is the world too blind to see real strength?

Let’s dive deep into this truth about women, just like we explored for men.

1. Kind Women Are Taken Advantage Of

  • A kind woman is ready to help anyone, anytime.
  • She sacrifices her own needs for others.
  • Slowly, people expect her kindness without giving her respect in return.

Example:
In families, the woman who sacrifices her dreams for her kids or husband is rarely appreciated.
She is expected to keep sacrificing more — silently.

2. Quiet Women Are Ignored

  • A quiet woman is often deep, intelligent, observant.
  • But society rewards the loud and flashy.
  • Silence is mistaken as a lack of confidence or ability.

Example:
At workplaces, the woman who silently delivers great work is ignored during promotions.
The loud, networking ones climb faster.

3. Emotional Women Are Mocked

  • Society teaches women to be emotional — but then mocks them for expressing emotions.
  • If a woman cries, she is called “overdramatic” or “too sensitive.”

Example:
A woman speaking about her struggles is often interrupted with, “You are just being too emotional.”
Instead of being heard, she’s silenced.

4. Loyal Women Are Exploited

  • When a woman is loyal — to her partner, family, company —
people take her loyalty for granted.

Example:
A wife stays loyal through struggles.
When things get better, she’s often sidelined or replaced by someone “more exciting.”

5. Shy Women Are Overlooked

  • Shy women are usually rich in thoughts but poor in self-promotion.
  • And in today’s world, if you don’t promote yourself, nobody notices you.

Example:
In social circles, the shy girl is rarely the center of attention, even though she might have the best heart and mind.

6. Soft Women Are Walked Over

  • Softness is often confused with weakness.
  • Instead of valuing compassion, people exploit it.

Example:
In families, the soft daughter-in-law is often burdened with endless duties — because she “won’t say no.”

7. Honest Women Are Betrayed

  • An honest woman believes others are truthful too.
  • But many times, her honesty becomes a tool for others to deceive her.

Example:
A woman trusts her friend or colleague blindly —
only to be betrayed when it matters the most.

8. Patient Women Are Left Behind

  • Patience is a beautiful quality, but today, it often leads to being left behind.
  • Opportunities are grabbed by those who demand — not by those who wait.

Example:
A patient woman waiting for her turn to be recognized may find herself replaced by someone who shouts louder.

9. Strong Women Are Feared

  • Strong women are seen as “threats” instead of “leaders.”
  • Society often fears what it cannot control.

Example:
A woman who speaks her mind in meetings is quickly labeled “arrogant” or “difficult,” while a man doing the same is called “assertive.”

10. Ambitious Women Are Criticized

  • A man with ambition is admired.
  • A woman with ambition is often judged as “selfish,” “ruthless,” or “too much.”

Example:
Successful women leaders are constantly asked about their personal life, motherhood, marriage — as if career success is not enough.

The Different Personalities of Women: Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Omega, and Sigma

Just like men, women also show different natural personalities:

  • Alpha Female:
The leader. Confident, assertive, and dominant.
She takes charge and inspires others, but is often called “bossy” instead of “strong.”
  • Beta Female:
    The supportive one.
She is caring, loyal, and nurturing. Often loved but also taken for granted.
  • Gamma Female:
    The emotional thinker.
She balances intelligence with empathy but struggles to find acceptance in a competitive world.
  • Omega Female:
    The free spirit.
She lives life by her own rules, doesn’t chase social approval, and sometimes is seen as a “misfit.”
  • Sigma Female:
    The silent powerhouse.
She moves alone, independent, confident, doesn’t crave attention — yet leaves a lasting impression wherever she goes.

Interesting Fact:
Today, many inspiring women are Sigma Females
they lead quietly without making noise about it.

Why Does This Happen? (The Psychology Behind It)

  • Society expects women to be givers, not demanders.
  • When a woman shows strength, ambition, boundaries — it makes immature minds uncomfortable.
  • People are still not trained to respect silent strength — they respond to loudness more easily.
  • Goodness is mistaken for weakness because many people only understand fear, not love.

Should Good Women Change?

No.
The world needs more strong, good-hearted women, not fewer.

But remember:

  • Be kind — with wisdom.
  • Be emotional — but with control.
  • Be loyal — but not blind.
  • Be patient — but know your worth.
  • Be soft — but stay strong inside.

You don’t have to become “ruthless” to survive.
You have to become “unbreakable in your softness.”

Final Thought

If you are one of these women —
Never doubt yourself because the world cannot handle your brilliance yet.

A diamond remains a diamond — even if some people prefer cheap stones.

Shine anyway.
Speak anyway.
Dream anyway.
Love anyway.

Because the world eventually changes — but only because strong, good people like you refuse to change into something lesser.
