What Religion Are We Fighting For?

Let’s think for a moment.

People say things like “Hindu fundamentalism” or “Hindutva.” But what is that really?
Is it the orange clothes? The red dot on the forehead? Rudraksha around the neck? The dancing and singing?

These are just ways people show their love or belief. They are not rules written in any book.
No holy book says what exactly makes a person a Hindu.

Hinduism is not about one way or one path. It’s full of freedom, questions, and ideas.
You can believe, doubt, pray, not pray, meditate, celebrate—still, you are part of it.
It grows with time. It adjusts. It accepts. That’s its beauty.

Now ask yourself this:

👉 Did you choose your religion before birth?

No, right?
Nobody does.

You are born into a Hindu, Muslim, Christian, Sikh, or Buddhist family by chance, not by choice.

Then why so much pride and anger for something you didn’t choose?
Why fight? Why hate?

If tomorrow you fall sick and need blood, will you wait for a Hindu or a Muslim to give you blood?

If you’re hungry and someone gives you food, will you ask them first, “Which religion are you?”

If you’re in danger, will you say, “Only someone from my religion should save me”?

No, right?

So why create walls between people in the name of religion?

We all feel the same pain. We all love. We cry. We dream. We want peace.
That is what makes us human. Not our religion. Not our caste.

👉 We don’t choose our religion at birth.
👉 We don’t choose who does our last rites after death.
👉 So why so much ego in between?

Religion should teach us to be kind, humble, and good human beings.
Not to hate, not to fight, not to show attitude.

Let’s stop thinking “My religion is better.”
Let’s start thinking “How can I be a better human?”

This world needs love, not labels.

No God will ask, “Which religion were you?”
But every God will ask, “How much love did you give?”

🕊️ Be human first. Religion can come later.
🤝 Help everyone. Love everyone.
🙏 Don’t fight for religion. Live with peace.
